From Practice to Purpose

Wren, a former banking strategy consultant, experienced firsthand how mindfulness practices can transform wellbeing. Amidst the demands of a high-stress corporate career, yoga and meditation were her anchor, helping her to navigate challenges with clarity and connect with a deeper sense of joy and purpose. Inspired by their power and fueled by society’s deep need for healing, she took the leap and left her corporate job to share these tools with others.

As a registered yoga instructor with nearly 1,000 hours of teaching experience, Wren takes an intentional and holistic approach to movement and mindfulness:

  • Vinyasa classes emphasize the principles of yoga, using postures (asana) as a gateway to meditation and awareness.

  • Sculpt classes blend high intensity interval training (HIIT) with mindful movement, building both physical endurance and mental resilience.

  • Pranayama sessions offer breathwork techniques that cultivate clarity and balance, rooted in a deep tradition of using breath to shift one's state of being.

  • Guided meditations cultivate equanimity and resilience to support students in finding joy in the ever-ephemeral present moment.

Wren’s offerings are grounded in the belief that mindfulness is both deeply personal and universally accessible. She strives to create a welcoming space where clients can explore movement and stillness with curiosity, compassion, and self-awareness. More than a practice on the mat or cushion, mindfulness is a way of engaging with the world, enabling practitioners to navigate life with greater ease, stability, and presence.
