This practice is rooted in yogic principles, using asana (postures) as a pathway toward meditation. Whether you're looking to try yoga for the first time or deepen your asana practice, each class is designed to meet you where you are.
Offerings can be tailored to practitioners of any level. Beginners will focus on foundational postures and technique, while advanced yogis will enjoy challenging flows with inversions and balances
Practice length can range from 30 - 75 minutes

Sculpt
Strength with Awareness
Sculpt integrates high-intensity interval training (HIIT) with mindful movement, creating a workout that challenges the body while fostering a deeper connection to breath and presence. Designed to build endurance and strength, this practice transforms exercise into an empowering experience, pushing limits with intention rather than force. Each class balances effort and recovery, ensuring a well-rounded, mindful approach to fitness.
Classes may incorporate free weights and / or bands

Pranayama | Breathwork
The Power of Breath
Pranayama, often translated from Sanskrit as “control of life force,” is a practice of consciously harnessing the breath to regulate the nervous system and shift states of consciousness. Breath is a bridge between the body and mind, influencing how we move, think, and feel. Sessions explore various techniques to energize, calm, or restore, offering tools to integrate breath awareness into daily life.
Practice tailored to individuals’ level of experience with pranayama. Beginners focus on foundational technique, while more experienced practitioners are guided to explore alternate states of consciousness

Mindfulness
Cultivating Presence
Meditation is a practice of coming home to yourself, where we invariably find a quiet mind and equanimous, loving heart. Guided sessions focus on breath and body awareness. When we learn to be aware in the present moment, we gain the ability to meet life’s uncertainties with open arms. With consistent practice, it becomes a tool for navigating life with ease and presence.
Starting a meditation practice can be intimidating! Guided practice sessions are customized to individual experience level to create an inclusive, welcoming setting.
