How do we meet?
Both in-person and virtual sessions are available. In-person sessions take place in San Diego, California, while virtual sessions allow you to practice from anywhere.
How often, and for how long will we meet?
The length and frequency of sessions are customized to your needs. Typically, sessions range from 45 to 90 minutes, with most clients meeting once a week.
Pricing & Booking
Sessions are offered on a pay-what-you-can, sliding scale basis to make mindfulness and movement more accessible. In the spirit of generosity, we ask that you give in accordance with your means. Pricing will be discussed further during the Discovery Session, though general ranges are:
45-minute sessions: $30 – $90
90-minute sessions: $50 – $180
